First Real Blog
Hi all, this is a blog from Hong Kong. I have been reading blogs from other people for some time now and thought that I would contribute my first posting to a cricket blog. I signed up and got this blog space without really meaning to...but I thought what the hell, I'll start this and see where it takes me.
It is about 8.30 on Saturday morning in Hong Kong and I'm sitting in my lounge (where I slept last night falling asleep in front of the tv) looking out onto the Harbour and watching the various boats come and go and the helicopters land from Macau. It's a beautiful day here - very clear and seemingly lacking in pollution which is a rarity.
Shadi, my wife, is sleeping soundly and I don't expect her to get up for a while. I love this part of the day, the early(ish) morning with a bit of peace of quiet before the mayhem of the weekend.
